Jeff Wilson is the founder of No Breaks, Inc., an innovation hub for traffic generation in the adult sector.

He began his career managing affiliate programs and building partnerships. In 2011, VS Media hired him to lead the Flirt4Free affiliate program.

During his tenure at VS Media, Jeff increased traffic and drove steady business growth, culminating in the 2020 acquisition. In 2021, he was elevated to Vice President. His role with Flirt4Free brought him several honors, such as an XBIZ Exec Award for Brand Ambassador of the Year and a YNOT Best Industry Representative nomination.

In 2023, Jeff launched No Breaks with the vision of designing products that deliver traffic for advertisers and creators.

By 2024, No Breaks had introduced Kams.com, with its Beta launch in February 2025. The platform helps cam performers showcase videos, which funnel audiences to their live cam shows on major platforms.
