During her leadership, AWSummit Bucharest changed from its original cam-show event in Mamaia, Romania, into the multi-vertical summit it is today.

She rebuilt the event by incorporating affiliate marketing into its concept. Roxana also launched business retreats in Ibiza and Thailand, expanded the company’s portfolio through Affiliate White Sensation, and established a custom events division that creates bespoke experiences for clients across the industry.

She directs strategy, partnerships, and business growth across these projects while bringing together models, platforms, affiliates, agencies, and brands throughout the performance marketing industry.
